Katherine Johnson

Katherine is no stranger to the New York real estate market. Starting in Corporate Real Estate in 2006 for a major hotel brand, her entire career has focused on NYC Real Estate. Her expertise lies in marketing, sales and investment strategies. Being a long time real estate investor in Manhattan has enabled her to identify and capitalize on opportunities to help her clients follow suit. Katherine has lived in multiple NYC apartments, from garden apartments, to 5th floor walk-ups, and also luxury buildings. While very different experiences, they have enabled her to anticipate and relate to her clients specific needs. She truly enjoys guiding her clients through their search for their perfect NYC home. In her spare time, Katherine is an accomplished fitness expert and instructor. When she isn’t working, she enjoys being a spin coach and teaching classes in NYC and abroad. Annually, Katherine travels internationally to teach fitness classes at top luxury resorts. She enjoys meeting new people and helping them achieve their fitness goals.
