Danielle Morreale

Danielle Morreale brings a dedicated approach and enthusiastic energy to her profession, providing exceptional client experience. Growing up in New Jersey, Danielle spent a lot of time in NYC appreciating all the city has to offer. After an internship in college, Danielle knew she was destined for a career in real estate. Prior to joining Corcoran in 2020, Danielle worked in property management and commercial loan closings which provided a meaningful foundation for real estate sales. Her outgoing personality, love for creativity and attention to detail landed her on The King-Brown Team as the Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Danielle collaborates with the team on all aspects of transactions, such as photography, marketing, listing management and client outreach. The ability to wear many hats is what attracted Danielle to this role on such a successful, ambitious team. Her proactive nature and reliability allows her to help serve clients to the highest of standards. Residing in Flatiron, Danielle has called Manhattan home since 2018. She takes full advantage of all the activities in NYC, ranging from a dim sum tour through Chinatown to a walk on the High Line. Danielle loves trying new restaurants, readings tons of books, and traveling to new cities.

Since joining Corcoran in 2020, she has gained valuable experience and skills working with both buyers, sellers and developers. The King-Brown Team are new development experts and Danielle has been intricately involved in all sales and marketing efforts at these projects, including over $230M+ at the Ralph Walker conversion One Hundred Barclay and ongoing sales at The Bryant, the first residential condominium designed by David Chipperfield. Danielle loves selling architecturally significant homes and revels in the historical richness of New York City real estate.
