JIMMY GLYNN

Born and raised in Dunmore Co. Galway, Ireland, Jimmy's family have been in the Hospitality and Real Estate business in Ireland since 1888. Following along with family tradition, he received a diploma in Business Studies and Marketing in GMIT Galway. June 1994 was definitely a case of Ireland's loss and America's gain when Jimmy decided to follow Ireland's fortune in the World Cup. Having supported the team from Orlando to New Jersey and back to Orlando, he grew to love the Big Apple lifestyle and decided to pursue his share of the American Dream. Knowing he wanted to pursue a career in the Hospitality Industry and with 7yrs experience under his belt in a vibrant NYC restaurant he decided to venture out and opened his own restaurant, Jake's Saloon in Hells Kitchen in 2001, and eventually, two more locations followed; Jake's Saloon Chelsea in 2005, Jake's Saloon West Chelsea in 2008, all aptly named after his son Jake. Jimmy decided to pursue his life-long interest in real estate and teamed up with REAL NY so that he can quickly add value to the real estate process. With his prior history in the hospitality industry, Jimmy is well-equipped to deal with clients in both the buying and selling sides of real estate. He has a wide sphere of influence along with the skills and tools needed in matching clients with homes that exceed their expectations. Jimmy 's pastimes include golfing, skiing, as well as being a horse racing enthusiast.
