Eliane Bugod

Eliane brings to the table a deep knowledge of the ever-evolving Brooklyn/Queens market. A native of Israel, she has lived in New York for over 20 years, and has resided in both Queens and Brooklyn. What she adores about Brooklyn, her home of the last 15 years, is its rich diversity, culture, architecture and even its nature where you can find it! For her, it’s the most exciting city-jungle there is! Eliane settled in the navy yard when few people were venturing there – she saw an opportunity and has seen her property double in value over a few years. She has strong connections to the community in Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed Stuy and Bushwick. She has watched these neighborhoods grow and change, and always has her eye on newly developing areas of the city.
