Aurin specializes in condominium, cooperative, townhouses, and new development sales and leasing in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Long Island City. Aurin has more than 15 years’ experience in the New York City luxury market. She has held leasing, sales, and marketing positions with major real estate organizations including Brown Harris Stevens Project Marketing, Nancy Packes Signature Marketing Services, Manhattan Skyline, Roseland Properties, The Marketing Directors, DMG Investments, and most recently New York-based developer SJP Properties. Aurin works closely with Patrick W. Smith on The Smith Team’s new development assignments and resale listings. Aurin is fluent in English and Spanish. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, dancing, or simply taking some quiet time to read one of her favorite books.
