Katie is motivated and efficient, making the most of her clients’ time. She approaches each real estate transaction as an exciting challenge and works tirelessly to get the job done. Having had a successful parallel career in musical theater, where she worked as a pianist and music director in both New York and San Francisco, Katie is accustomed to hard work, perseverance, and the understanding that collaborating towards a common goal is the best path. She applies the same dedication to her clients’ real estate journey. Born and raised in Silicon Valley, California, Katie received a Bachelor of Music Business from University of Pacific. She currently lives in Astoria and loves everything the neighborhood has to offer. Her passions outside of real estate and musical theater include interior design, home organization, being a plant mama, and thrifting.
