Joe Rossi

Born and raised near Cape Canaveral, Florida, Joseph moved to New York in 2001 to pursue a career in the hospitality industry. Now, living in Lower Manhattan, he is eager to share his love of the city and appreciation for the thriving neighborhood he calls home. Joseph’s passion for real estate is deep-rooted—as the son of a commercial broker, he grew up fascinated with the industry. He also spent every winter as a child in New York, staring up in wonder at the city’s stunning architecture and wondering what was happening inside. As an agent, he enjoys having an impact on the very buildings he admired his whole life. With an extensive background in hospitality—starting as a dishwasher at 16 and growing his career, including opening and running premier restaurants in NYC in FiDi, Hudson Yards, and midtown. He is uniquely practiced at creating exceptional client experiences and developing and nurturing longstanding professional relationships. Combined with his wealth of knowledge of the city, especially Lower Manhattan, Joseph’s impressive skillset makes him the right agent to transform an often difficult process into a stress-free and fun experience, with honesty and integrity. An enormous Yankees fan, Joseph catches games whenever he can. He also enjoys both college and professional football. To stay active, he loves to play golf, spin, and take urban hikes with his wife all over New York City.
