Suzelle Palacios

Suzelle faces everything in life with imagination, agility, precision, passion, and speed. This philosophy carries through in her real estate practice as well, where she has an unwavering focus on optimizing the client experience and delivering the results they deserve. A proud member of The Leibowitz Team, Suzelle specializes in sales and rentals in Brooklyn and Manhattan. Since moving to New York City she has lived in both boroughs, in such neighborhoods as Park Slope, Crown Heights, Prospect Heights, Washington Heights, and the Upper East Side. Her fresh industry knowledge, sharp intuition, great problem-solving skills and unstoppable work ethic make her a go-to resource for her clients. “As a trusted real estate advisor, it’s my priority to keep my clients up to date on the fluidity of the market and ethically maintain clear communication. I am dedicated to accomplishing the goals we set out for, and will continue to work vigorously on their behalf to achieve the best outcome possible.” Prior to real estate, Suzelle’s background was in the arts and hospitality, all roles involving enhancing the customer experience. She hails from Houston, Texas, and has several degrees. Suzelle holds an Associate’s in Behavioral Sciences, a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from The University of Houston, and a Master’s of Fine Arts in Classical Theatre from The Old Globe/University of San Diego. Outside of real estate she is an actor, director and theatre educator, as well as a teaching artist in NYC. In these capacities Suzelle has had the opportunity to work alongside award-winning theatres, actors and directors. Podcasts, books, and time with her partner Benjamin and family are some of her favorite pastimes.
