Hi, I’m Althea Wilson-Berkowitz. I’m a real estate sales agent representing buyers and sellers, and primarily work in the neighborhoods surrounding Prospect Park—everywhere from DUMBO to Ditmas Park. I specialize in detailed market analysis, negotiation, and pricing to help pinpoint your most strategic bidding or listing prices. My team and I advocate for you and coordinate everything throughout the entire sales process, bringing you top-notch bankers, attorneys, stagers, photographers, contractors, home inspectors, and whoever else you might need. I like figuring out creative solutions to challenges, and of the dozens of co-op board applications I've submitted on behalf of clients, I've never had one rejected. I don't take fees from tenants, but if you're looking for a rental, I'll always ask around and see if I can help! Growing up, I trained seriously as a classical pianist. This helped me become detail-oriented and disciplined, which aren't bad qualities to have in this line of work. I have a professional background in marketing and copywriting, giving me the experience to advertise properties with the language and imagery to generate interest and drive sales. In my spare time, I enjoy watching old Italian movies, baking cakes, petting my two Bombay cats (Harriet and Winston), biking around Prospect Park, and buying antique furniture. Education: B.A. in Comparative and Italian Literature from Smith College Master's in Marketing and Communications from Bocconi University in Milan
