Tim Rizzo

Tim specializes exclusively in luxury new developments. In his 20 years of on-site sales experience, he has represented and sold some of the city's most iconic, recognizable buildings by the most celebrated architects and reputable developers. Being firmly committed to the process from pre-construction to completion has driven his passion for architecture and design which he enthusiastically shares with his clients when introducing them to his developments.

Selling the vision of communities that do not yet exist is a rare skill. Tim thrives in assessing a client's needs and with his expert knowledge in design, construction and contracts, makes sure they have everything they need to feel prepared and excited about their purchase from start to finish. He has a reputation for partnering with parallel business units, including buyer's agents, brand, marketing, legal and lending, to effectively close deals.

Tim was born and raised in Southern California. A graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, he is fluent in both English and French.
