Born in Fuzhou, China, Josh moved to the US in 2000 and has made his career in hospitality and customer service based industries since then. From owning a Chinese-Japanese fusion restaurant for a decade to opening his own liquor store, Josh has cultivated a keen business acumen and a genuine, caring approach to every client experience. Currently, Josh is co-leader of the Advance Team at RE/MAX Edge, the #1 brokerage in the Brooklyn MLS and ranked in the Top 10 of brokerages in Staten Island MLS. With an experienced support system and a multitude of connections to the most reputable attorneys, lenders, inspectors and beyond, Josh is capable of making any transaction a successful one. He is able to connect with a myriad of multicultural clients through his fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and Fuzhounese. Outside of real estate, Josh enjoys reading up on history, winning ping pong matches, and travelling the world.
