Malika Rose

Malika Rose is a native New Yorker with a passion for real estate, building relationships and exceeding client expectations. Her approach to real estate is informed by her previous career as a professional tennis player, which instilled in her a strong sense of discipline, an exceptional work ethic and a lifelong pattern of setting and achieving goals. With every client, Malika invests the time to truly understand their perspective, preferences and lifestyle needs - ensuring that she can deliver better home recommendations and foster a more synergistic working relationship.

Malika received a full tennis scholarship to Oklahoma State University, where she honed her competitive edge and earned a degree in Business Administration. After graduation, she transitioned to a successful career as a tennis professional on the ITF Pro Circuit, where she achieved a WTA ranking in singles and doubles. Malika's success in tennis inspired her to pursue another passion - real estate - and in 2021 she joined The Abby Palanca Team, a dynamic and successful real estate team with over $300M in sales and a consistent ranking in the WSJ Top Small Teams category since 2019.

Malika loves to explore the city's diverse neighborhoods and cultures, indulge in the latest restaurant hotspots and plan her next international adventure. When she's not doing showings or scanning listings for clients, you can find her pursuing her hobbies and passions.
