Nitu Bachani

Nitu Bachani has lived in New York since she was 3, for the past 20 years she has been living in her favorite Manhattan neighborhood of Kips Bay. Nitu has her BA in Economics from New York University. Prior to real estate she helped grow her family business in the textile industry where she worked with interior designers and learned about design and space, now she uses that skill when getting an apartment ready for rent or sale. Nitu has always been interested in real estate, after a few personal real estate transactions as well as helping friends and family find their home, she decided to get started in real estate as a career. Nitu focuses on the condo market sales in Manhattan especially the east side, but having lived here most of her life she has knowledge on many Manhattan neighborhoods. In her free time Nitu spends time with her husband and 2 sons. She also loves to exercise and go on long walks and hikes.
