He embarked on a renovation journey, all the while working as a full-time Broadway performer. It was this life-changing experience that shifted his professional focus and ignited a new passion and a new career in real estate. Callan is now taking the dedication, work ethic, and professionalism honed during a decade-long career on the stage and applying them toward helping clients take the next step in their own home buying adventures. Callan has called numerous neighborhoods home during his 14 years in NYC and is dedicated to sharing his familiarity and knowledge with anyone seeking to buy or sell. As a Hudson Valley weekender, Callan is equally happy to help city dwellers find their perfect weekend getaway in Upstate NY. Callan’s career prior to real estate saw him gracing the Broadway stage in shows such as Kinky Boots, CATS, and Cinderella. His performance resume also includes dozens of Off-Broadway, National Tour, International, and Regional credits, as well as extensive work in film, television, and commercials. He is a vintage furniture enthusiast and interior design hobbyist; and is continuously reinventing his cozy NYC apartment and rustic weekend home in the Hudson Valley.
