Passionate about real estate investing, Stephanie has continued to leverage her know-how and experience to exceed her client’s expectations. 

Stephanie Grubbs is a 25-year veteran of the real estate industry. She is well-versed in navigating the intricacies of board packages in the Co-Op and Condo world of NYC and specializes in working with first-time buyers and up-sizers for their purchases, sales, and rentals.  

She and her husband recently purchased property in upstate New York and are in the process of building a unique Homestead with a 5-Star main home, multiple cabins, hobby farm, and Yoga/MMA retreat center. 

She studied Finance and Interdisciplinary Studies at Old Dominion University and worked as a Financial Advisor for nearly two decades. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, collaborating with clients, lawyers, and lenders, and effectively marketing listings. 

Their oldest daughter has her Masters and works with children with autism. She lives in Virginia and has made Stephanie a YiaYia (No "G" word in this house;) twice over. Their youngest daughter is in College on Long Island studying Criminal Justice. In her coveted free time, Stephanie practices yoga, hikes, roller-blades, and plays volleyball. They have two rescue dogs, a Pitbull named Clutch and a Maltipoo named Doobie.

Active in the community, Stephanie proudly supports Exhale to Inhale and Restore, two organizations whose efforts are to combat domestic violence, sexual assault and to end human trafficking. Additionally, Stephanie volunteers and raises funds for God's Love We Deliver whose mission is to improve the health and well-being of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS, cancer and other serious illnesses by alleviating hunger and malnutrition and Housing Works who's mission is to end the dual crises of homelessness and AIDS through relentless advocacy, the provision of lifesaving services, and entrepreneurial businesses that sustain their efforts.
