Originally from Minsk, Belarus, Maryia Yakushevich brings an international perspective, refined aesthetic sensibility, and disciplined approach to New York City real estate. After studying at Minsk State Linguistic University, she moved to the United States at age 20 and has since made New York City her home. Her appreciation for architecture, interiors, and design naturally informs the way she approaches both properties and the individual needs of her clients.

Before entering real estate, Maryia built a successful background in fitness and competed at an elite level in Fitness Bikini competitions, including the Arnold Classic and East Coast Nationals. The discipline, preparation, and attention to detail required to perform at that level continue to shape her professional approach today.

Known for her responsiveness, discretion, and highly personalized service, Maryia is deeply invested in every transaction she represents. She takes the time to understand not only her clients’ immediate real estate objectives, but also the lifestyle, financial considerations, and long-term goals behind them. Whether navigating a purchase, sale, or investment, she combines a thoughtful advisory approach with persistence and meticulous attention to detail.

For Maryia, real estate is inherently personal. A home is both a significant financial asset and the setting for an important chapter of life. She strives to make each transaction feel considered, seamless, and exceptionally well managed, giving her clients the confidence to make informed decisions in one of the world’s most competitive real estate markets.
