Originally from Portland, Oregon, Stephenie has called New York home for over 20 years. With a background in theater management, she honed her ability to bring creative visions to life, managing and producing successful shows on and off Broadway. Today, she applies that same passion, dedication, and eye for detail to the world of real estate.

As a trusted Realtor, Stephenie is known for providing excellent service to buyers and sellers alike. Having purchased and gut-renovated her own home as a mom of two, she understands the complexities of real estate from both a personal and professional perspective. Stephenie has been long rooted uptown, having lived in Washington Heights, Inwood, and now the Bronx - she loves bridging the gap between NYC and Westchester. From the Heights up to Riverdale, Stephenie is deeply invested in her community. She serves as President of the Board of UP Theater Company, supporting local arts, and is an active force in neighborhood initiatives. You can find her singing in the choir at Fort Washington Collegiate Church, stocking community fridges like The Friendly Fridge Bronx and the Fort Fridge to combat food insecurity, attending outdoor yoga in Inwood Hill Park, and exploring the endless trails in the woods of Van Cortland Park.
