Bryan Kreider is a global luxury real estate advisor serving clients around the world from his base in New York City. He is an intuitive listener and avid problem solver with an approach that is tailored to the individual buyer or seller's unique situation. Although Bryan has a relaxing, laid-back demeanor, his highly competitive nature asserts itself when negotiating on your behalf. His main priority is to take the stress and uncertainty out of the process by using the latest market trends and supporting data to assist in making the most educated decisions possible. After completing his master's business degree focused in Healthcare at Penn State University, Bryan took on a role as a client manager in the commercial liability insurance space where he grew a national portfolio of senior living facilities to over $15M in annual revenue. He gained experience with commercial real estate transactions & leases, due diligence and financial analysis. While completing his own search for a co-op near Madison Square Park, Bryan grew passionate about the residential real estate space. Now, he specializes in helping clients navigate their first time purchase as well as assisting seasoned investors with income-generating properties. In the rare moments Bryan is not thinking about real estate, he thoroughly enjoys dining out in NYC, playing volleyball on a beach, and continuing to travel internationally after a 6 month work experience in Zurich, Switzerland.
