He has held his series 7, 6 and 63 FINRA licenses while continuing to work in the financial industry for many years. He worked as an agent in NJ in commercial real estate multi family and mixed use. During this time he also renovated several properties and increased their value by over 30%. I am licensed in NY and NJ. I have worked with clients buying property upstate NY and along the beach towns of NJ.
