As the Founder of The Davidov Team at Compass, Eithan represents buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and developers throughout New York City. His business spans residential sales, luxury rentals, investment properties, and landlord representation, with experience ranging from individual apartments to large-scale rental portfolios.

His experience on both the sales and leasing sides of the business gives him a particularly comprehensive perspective on the New York market. Eithan and his team have completed hundreds of transactions across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and beyond, while developing longstanding relationships with property owners, investors, and clients throughout the city.

Coming from a family of immigrants, Eithan grew up surrounded by different cultures, perspectives, and approaches to business. Before entering real estate, his experience in hospitality further reinforced the importance of service, communication, and creating an exceptional client experience.

Eithan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
