As a Native New Yorker, she often helps clients new to the city help find the right neighborhood to call home. She conducts a thorough consultation with homeseekers, listening to their needs and helping them figure out what will work best for them. As an experienced actor, teaching artist, arts administrator and yoga teacher, Janice uses her creative and zen skills to make moving as stress free as possible. Her calming disposition is an invaluable asset when it comes to what can be an overwhelming process and her number one priority is making sure her clients feel safe and comfortable throughout their real estate journey. Janice has lived in New York City her entire life and while she loves many aspects of the city, she especially loves the people she has met and finds them to be some of the most beautifully diverse, and, weird, and wonderful she has ever known.
