Rocio Ojeda

A natural negotiator, Rocio aims to get her clients the best deal whether selling or buying real estate. Rocio has honed her sales and customer service expertise while previously working for Allstate and luxury brand LVMH where she excelled and was lauded for her quick thinking, persistent and get-it-done approach and her ability to always deliver for her clients. She brings this inherent acute business sense and ability to understand her client’s needs and desires to her role as business developer for the CM Team at the Corcoran Group Real Estate.

Rocio is a ninja at reverse marketing her buyer’s requirements which involves scoring the city for the perfect property even before it hits the market. The real estate market has always been her passion and she specializes in helping her clients sell and buy real estate in Manhattan and Queens.

Rocio is a native New Yorker having lived in New York for over two decades and she studied at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina and is bilingual as she speaks Spanish and English fluently.

In her free time, Rocio enjoys practicing yoga and is a huge dance fanatic with a special fondness for Latin American dance forms. She also likes to travel the country visiting family and volunteers her time to help her mother raise funds for a nonprofit organization, UDEA, that benefits the less fortunate children in rural areas of Argentina with basic amenities like drinking water, school supplies and even building schools.
