Gus Ktistakis

I was born in Athens, Greece and speak Greek fluently. I live in Bay Ridge and am the father of three adult sons. I am a graduate of Ft. Hamilton High School and I attended Staten Island Community College where I studied computer engineering. I also attended Kingsborough Community College. I began working in real estate in 1985. In 1989, I started working for Fillmore Real Estate and have been with Fillmore for 26 years. I am an Associate Broker in the Commercial Division and specialize in apartment buildings, retail stores, warehouses, NNN leases, shopping centers and development properties.
