Jonathan Goldstein

Ranked in the Top 1.5% of real estate agents nationwide, Jonathan Goldstein combines more than 15 years of experience in real estate development, construction, finance, and brokerage with a people-first approach that puts his clients’ goals at the forefront. Prior to joining Compass, he was instrumental in developing over 6,000 residential units with L+M Development Partners, a leader in New York City real estate.

Named Rising Star of the Year in 2022, Jonathan is recognized for his market expertise, vast industry network, and strong negotiation skills. He excels at navigating complex deals, streamlining the process, and fostering collaboration between all parties—always with a touch of humor and warmth.

Raised in Westchester and now based on the Upper East Side with his family, Jonathan holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.B.A. in Finance & International Business from The George Washington University, graduating summa cum laude. Proficient in Spanish and Hebrew, he enjoys cycling through Central Park, exploring art galleries, and spending weekends in the Catskills.
