Jonathan Goldstein

With over a decade of experience in real estate development, construction, and finance, Jonathan Goldstein delivers a strategic approach and deep market expertise to every transaction. Before joining Compass, he played a key role in the development of over 6,000 residential units with one of New York City's leading developers, L+M Development Partners. 

Awarded Rising Star of the Year in 2022, Jonathan’s deep industry knowledge, extensive network, and negotiation skills make him a trusted advisor to buyers and sellers alike. He is known for his ability to navigate complex deals, align diverse stakeholders, and keep the process efficient—while adding some lighthearted moments along the way.

Originally from Westchester, Jonathan has lived all over Manhattan and currently resides on the Upper East Side with his family. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate Development from New York University and a B.B.A. in Finance & International Business from The George Washington University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Proficient in Spanish and Hebrew, he enjoys cycling in Central Park, exploring art galleries, and spending time in the Catskills.
