Originally from North Alabama, Sarah moved to New York City to study dance at the Institute for American Musical Theatre. Her artistic training, together with six years in hospitality, instilled discipline, communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships, all qualities that now define her work in real estate.

Sarah's experience includes contributing to approximately $45 million in closed transactions at 75 Wall Street, where she gained firsthand knowledge of new development sales. In addition, she has represented clients across a wide range of resale properties, giving her a well rounded perspective on the New York City market.
