Savannah Likitsakos

Savannah always puts the client first, strives to understand their needs, and helps guide them through every step of the real estate process. “Buying or selling is a big moment in someone’s life and it can often get stressful,” she says. “So I try to do all I can to make the experience informative and enjoyable.” A member of The Pam Marcus Team at Compass, Savannah specializes in sales, working with buyers and sellers throughout New York City. Prior to entering real estate, Savannah worked at Condé Nast for five years. She’s extremely hardworking and will not rest until the task at hand is done, which makes her a valuable partner to both her clients and colleagues. Plus, she is personable yet professional, with an infectious positive attitude, great energy and hands-on approach. It’s no wonder clients refer to her as “a breath of fresh air”! Born and raised in New York City, Savannah has lived on the Upper East Side of Manhattan for the past five-plus years. She graduated from Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School, on the Upper West Side, where she met her now husband. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Syracuse University. Favorite pastimes include traveling, trying new restaurants around the city, and being with her half Greek-half Puerto Rican family who mean the world to her.
