Serving as New Development Director within the Field Team, Andrew’s real estate knowledge spans two decades of playing a key role for a top tier Manhattan developer, involving him in every phase of a buildings development process. His work included orchestrating the vision of a building from the first site visit through exterior and interior design, construction and sales. Andrew has a deep understanding of the most coveted neighborhoods and the intricacies of any property, which is anchored by his knowledge in the art of architecture and interior design, this, coupled with a stable of consummate professionals such as architects, interior designers and construction teams positions Andrew to expertly advise his clients on quality real estate investments.  

Hailing originally from the UK and having started his career as a chef, hotel manager then later a sommelier, he keeps a keen interest in the food and wine world and is always on the look-out for the best wine shop in any neighborhood.
