Valerie is an energetic and enthusiastic customer service professional with in-depth knowledge of sales and passion for real estate. Adept at building great customer relationships and constantly exceeding sales plans, Valerie received her BBA in International Marketing from Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Valerie has been involved in sales from an early age and from various different perspectives prior to joining Team Fernandez, and recently held a prestigious internship for a non-profit organizing events at the United Nations. Valerie has learned the ropes in NYC new development, and is now part of a seasoned new-dev focused real estate team handling some of the most important aspects of the sales and leasing process in ground-up buildings. Fluent in Russian and English, Valerie has been recognized for consistent productivity while holding a relentless work ethic to combine with her genuine positive attitude. Valerie is also a world traveler and dog lover, with an innate appreciation for creativity, people, and innovative insights.
