Theron Smith

Theron Smith III is an accomplished Manhattan real estate professional and a key member of the Paul Anand Team at Brown Harris Stevens. With more than 30 years of combined experience and a track record of more than $1 billion in closed sales, the group has consistently been recognized among Brown Harris Stevens’ leading teams. Theron specializes in luxury residential real estate throughout Manhattan, with particular experience in condominiums, cooperatives, estate sales, investor purchases, and pied-à-terre acquisitions. His transaction experience includes navigating co-op board processes and approvals, pre-construction projects, 1031 tax exchanges, trust purchases, and other complex transactions. He is known for his swift responsiveness, honesty, attention to detail, and tenacity on behalf of his clients.

Originally from Northern Virginia, Theron earned his BA from James Madison University before moving to New York City, where he has lived in Downtown Manhattan ever since.

Outside of real estate, Theron enjoys New York’s restaurant scene, theatre, fitness, and sporting events. He is an avid New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills fan.
