Daniela DeGrazia is a service-focused real estate agent who wants clients to remember how she made them feel. She is a luxury property expert who works with clients throughout Manhattan, and she is also expanding her services into commercial real estate.

Daniela’s passion for real estate began as a child, as her father runs a successful construction company in the Philadelphia market. She grew up around gut renovations and looking at architectural and interior design plans. She got firsthand training from him in plumbing and electrical work and learned trade-specific skills with historic architecture. She gained experience in operations and management while working at Bellagio Hotel & Casino, Le Cirque & Le Cirque Café, and the Peninsula Hotel, regularly interacting with affluent clients in luxury atmospheres. As the Director of Operations for Pendry Natirar for Montage, Daniela was responsible for about $15M in sales for the entire property. Detail-oriented and composed, she remains calm under the pressure of negotiations and is precise when shepherding deals through to completion.

Daniela spent her childhood and adolescent summers in Sicily, Italy. She spent days at the beach and early evenings roaming her family’s lemon and fig orchards. She gained an appreciation for fresh cuisine and fine wine. In her spare time, she loves hanging out with friends in the Hamptons and taking trips to Miami. She fishes with her father whenever she can, and is a huge Depeche Mode fan.
