Patsy Tiu is a tried-and-true New Yorker with nearly two decades of financial and investment experience. Patsy was born and raised in Manhattan. She knows the diversity and incredible opportunities that await those who dream big and work hard in her beloved city. She did just that and has acquired a stellar reputation for savvy negotiations, lucrative investment strategies and analyses of some of the world’s most complex global markets. Prior to choosing a career in real estate, Patsy was a Vice President/Portfolio Manager for one of Manhattan’s most reputable investment firms. Managing over $13 billion in assets for both national and international clientele as well as tailoring investment strategies for individuals and large global companies primed her perfectly for becoming one of Keller Williams’ most valuable and successful real estate professionals. In her 9 years with Keller Williams, she has helped hundreds of sellers, buyers and investors with their real estate needs. With her experience and knowledge, Patsy launched her own brokerage, Integrity Core Realty in 2021. Always accustomed to going the extra mile, Patsy’s ever-burgeoning portfolio includes both residential and commercial clients – in Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island and Manhattan. When Patsy has downtime, she loves running. Running feeds her internal competitive nature to strive to do better after each run. She’s completed three marathons and multiple half-marathons but she is striving to complete more. When she’s not running for sport, she’s running with her children!
