Jullian Avgi

Jullian is a hardworking professional who founded and operated his own ecommerce company when he was just 15 years old. Born into a family of entrepreneurs, he has a knack for marketing and a mind for business. Real estate became his passion upon purchasing his first property and becoming a landlord. He owns and manages a rental property on Long Island, and therefore understands the perspectives of buyers, sellers, landlords, renters, and investors alike.

As a dedicated real estate agent, Jullian works throughout Manhattan as well as in Northern and Northwestern Brooklyn. He will go to the ends of the earth (or at least, across NYC) to hunt down the perfect property and negotiate an excellent deal for all parties involved. Highly personable, resourceful and focused, Jullian will fight for his clients’ best interest and guide them every step of the way to a successful outcome.

Jullian lives in the Financial District and has done transactions all over the city. One of his great passions is music and he enjoys DJ-ing at a few venues in his free time. Jullian also likes to life weights, meditate daily, snowboard every season, and travel frequently. His favorite times are spent with his adorable Yorkie, Shoco.
