About Iris Kun “Iris” Wu has a wealth of project management experience, with great attention to detail, and a drive for delivering on her client’s needs. She has over 12 years working experience in a mix of bilingual (Mandarin & English) settings, ranging from global group office + retail management, to brand marketing direction, digital marketing strategies, and both digital and offline event planning for global retail brands. Iris also holds her Accounting professional license in China. Iris brings a result-oriented approach to each of her clients by first understanding their client’s needs and wants. While building trust with her clients, Iris evaluates their criteria and leverages her skills, and attention to detail, to explore a range of potential options with her clients until they arrive at the right solution. While previously studying in NYC, Iris lived in Manhattan, Queens, and Roosevelt Island, and discovered much that the city had to offer. After living in Shanghai, China for four years since, she and her family currently reside in Long Island City. Her ever-growing understanding of the city and the unique aspects of its neighborhoods makes Iris a dependable ally in finding her client’s next place to call home. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring new corners of the city, spending quality time with family, friends, and her cat Mike, travelling, or honing her barista skills.
