Walesca Phillips

Walesca is a proud member of Calvin Xu Team, bilingual, she speaks Portuguese and English, which serves clients and sells properties throughout New York City, South Florida, and internationally. She enjoys a fine reputation for her assertiveness in negotiations and ability to do every task quickly and efficiently, while always considering her clientele’s best interest. Her greatest principles are honesty, patience and loyalty. Walesca will go above and beyond to meet your needs and provide exceptional service every step of the way, whether you are buying, selling or renting property. Her seasoned skill set was honed over a successful 10-year career with franchises. Most recently, Walesca worked with the largest Brazilian fast food franchise, Habib’s, where she was responsible for opening new restaurants, doing financial feasibility studies, negotiating substantial commercial agreements (involving deals in the multimillions of dollars), and collaborating with architects. Most valuable perhaps was her savvy in presenting the best opportunities for opening new restaurants, and the business plan to interested investors. Originally from Sao Paulo, Brazil, Walesca studied Marketing at Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU). She additionally completed coursework at University of Michigan in Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills. Fluent in Portuguese and English, Walesca lives on the Upper East Side where her family has properties, as well as in Southampton. She is married with two wonderful dogs who she loves taking for walks in Central Park. Practicing yoga and meditation are other favorite pastimes.
