Being a real estate investor herself, Minni strongly believes in real estate investing to achieve financial freedom, whether it's for short-term capital gains through fix and flips, or long-term equity build-up and cash flow through buy and hold properties. Her analytic mind, careful attention to detail, great negotiation skills, and tenacious follow up skills, ensure that her clients get the best deal possible when buying or selling a home. As an experienced real estate investor, Minni is expert in finding distressed properties, short sales, foreclosures, and REO deals. She has assembled a team of attorneys, home improvement contractors, title agencies, home inspectors, architects, lenders, asset managers, marketing professionals and interior designers, to make buying, selling and investing process, from market advise to closing, as seamless as possible. Prior to getting her real estate license, Minni worked on Wall Street for ten years, with fortune 500 financial services companies, as a team leader, project, resource and budget manager, including 5 years as Financial Advisory Management Consultant with Big 4 Accounting firms, such as Pricewaterhouse Coopers(PwC). There she developed tools that she finds indispensable in her real estate career: such as analyzing the deal, preparing marketing strategies, managing resources, prioritizing and delivering projects within scope, budget, quality and timeline. Fluent in English, Hindi and Punjabi, Minni has a Master's degree in Information Systems Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications. Minni also serves in the US Army Reserves, which helps reinforce the core Military values of loyalty, selflessness, discipline, courage and integrity into the real world experience for her clients. Minni is a plant and dog lover and finds her peace in travel, nature and meditation.
