Annette Vetere Mulligan

Annette grew up in northern New Jersey. Enveloped by her family of general contractors and real estate developers, Annette's childhood provided a first hand look into the world of real estate development from the ground up. Her father, working in development for over 50 years, has developed, managed and led hundreds of builds for condominiums, town houses, hotels and commercial properties throughout the Tristate area. Annette's deep passion for interior design and aesthetics drove her to spend all her free time at her father’s company, always looking over his shoulder while he dissected architectural plans and accompanying him to endless meetings and job sites. In 2009, after receiving her Bachelors of Science degree in International Merchandising Management from FIT, Annette moved to NYC’s East Harlem and immediately began working for Tommy Hilfiger Corporate. In 2011, confl … icted with her chosen profession in the fashion industry, along with her deep desire to help others, Annette studied to become a REIKI Master and completed her 500 hour-ERYT yoga training. Working as a yoga instructor for the past 10 years, Annette has secured profound relationships and compiled a strong network in upper Manhattan; Including the Upper East and West sides, as well as her neighborhood of 13 years, East Harlem. Honest, humble, and giving, Annette considers her clients extended family and treats them as such. Knowing first hand the stress of moving and the impact a home rental or purchase has on families lives, Annette’s goal is to use her yoga and meditation skills to provide a calm, seamless experience for her clients. As a proud member of the Keller Williams NYC family, Annette carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. When Annette is not tirelessly and selflessly working to find dream homes for her real estate clients or helping her yoga clients live a healthier lifestyle in mind and body, she spends her free time with her husband Robert and their dog Luigi
