Born in Paraguay, he is fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese. He holds a B.A. in Marketing and Advertising, an A.A.S in Interior Design from Parsons and a Certificate in American Business Practices from Baruch College. Being a 15-years downtown Manhattan resident, Jose enjoys hanging out with friends , outdoor sports and most of all, going to the beach.
