Oscar Collazos

Oscar Collazos has proudly called Harlem home for over 13 years, and it is one of the main reasons he joined the team at Bohemia. Oscar transitioned from the world of restaurants and hospitality over to real estate to help people find the same amazing experiences he's had Uptown. A graduate of the University of Florida, Oscar received his Bachelor's of Science in Public Relations and Communications. His vast experience in customer service and client relationships is the key to his success. A people person, Oscar makes his clients feel at ease by listening to every detail of what they need and working until those needs are met. Although his passion is in the Uptown market, Oscar can help find your dream apartment or home anywhere in New York City, Westchester and beyond. Originally from Cali, Colombia, Oscar is fluent in Spanish and can also communicate via American Sign Language. Outside of real estate, you can find Oscar at sporting events, local restaurants and performing at comedy clubs - something he's done for over 21 years.
