Sameer Talati

Sameer’s experiences in real estate range from being a property owner to being an investor. He has successfully purchased, sold, and even conducted 1031 exchanges. He serves as the board president for a multimillion dollar residential building which has given him insight into the inner workings of building finances, property management, and issues to be on the lookout for. Sameer has access to a network of highly reputable mortgage providers, accountants, and lawyers who can successfully guide you in achieving your personal goals and structuring transactions that are advantageous from both a financial and tax standpoint. He can also introduce you to contractors and interior designers should you require such services. Sameer is committed to helping you achieve your financial objectives, answering all of your questions and making sure that you are adequately apprised each step of the process. In addition to his real estate experience, Sameer is currently enrolled as a Master's student at NYU Schack's Institute of Real Estate where he seeks to further grow his knowledge and skill set on structured real estate financing and development. Outside of helping clients, he enjoys hiking, Crossfit and cooking.
