She has excelled and proven to be valuable at various capacities such as leasing, sales, rentals, compliance, and property management, mostly in NYC as well as Long Island, NY, Greenwich, CT, and San Diego, CA.  She helps clients navigate through the many complexities of the unique NYC real estate process, whether in the sales, rentals, or commercial real estate.

Besides the exposure Corcoran has as a world dominating real estate firm, Jossana has a global network and relationships that have become life-long. She has made a career from her impressive referral network, allowing her to transfer that success to her clients.

Jossana holds the position of Team Retention Committee Chair with the NYC Chapter of The Alzheimer's Association, and creates awareness and collaborates on fundraising efforts. As a dog-lover, she supports Mutts and Runts Rescue, a non-profit dog rescue and foster-based service to save and care for mistreated and homeless dogs.

Prior to moving to NYC over a decade ago, Jossana was working in film production in Hollywood and continues to work in the industry as a part-time hobby in NYC. Nowadays, you’ll find her enjoying the classic NYC leisure: parks, live music, and comedy shows. When she can find time off, she visits family and friends in perfect weather San Diego, where she was born and raised.
