Cintia Bertoni

Cintia was born in Argentina. Since 1989, she has lived in Astoria, Queens. After several years of training under a furniture store owner in Astoria who emphasized the importance of customer service, the owner became so confident in her that he offered to sell his store to her when he retired. Cintia seized the opportunity. Taking pride providing excellent customer service, she dedicated herself to helping her customers in every way she could. She listened attentively as they often confided in her about their good and bad real estate-related experiences. Conversations of this nature with thousands of customers over seventeen years as the store's owner taught her a lot. They also gave her a unique understanding of what people go through during the transition of leaving one home and choosing another. Seeing an opportunity to help her customers beyond selecting the right furniture, she started connecting them with people who could help them sell their old homes as well as rent or buy and modify their new homes. Along the way, she developed a large network of real estate agents and remodeling contractors. When she felt ready for a new professional challenge in life, going into real estate was a natural choice. Being an agent now allows her to combine her love of helping people who are ready to move with all of the lessons that she learned by listening to her customers in the furniture store. It also lets her leverage the relationships that she has developed withal well as her own experiences as a homeowner who remodeled her home to make it the house of her dreams. Cintia is at a place in her life where she truly understands the importance of helping clients find the home that is perfect for them.
