Maria started in real estate during the pandemic at a small firm where she was Rookie of the Year after successfully closing over 45 deals in her first year. Since then, she has developed a deep passion for the business that led her to join Compass where she can better serve her clients due to the unmatched tech platform and programs where Maria can easily search, set up collections as well as tours for her clients. Drive, hunger, and a hard work ethic are at the heart of her success – qualities learned while performing as a professional dancer for over a decade. She went to Joffrey Ballet School for two years, and has since appeared in such popular productions as Seven Spielberg’s “West Side Story,” Marvelous Mrs. Maisel on Amazon Prime, and the National Tour of the Broadway Show “On Your Feet.” Maria has lived in Chelsea, Bed-Stuy, Astoria, Williamsburg, and now the East Village; plus she owns a property in Florida. She is a member of the top-producing Danielle Nazinitsky Team and much of her business is in downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, but she’ll go anywhere your desires lie. Other than real estate and dancing, you can find her reading (especially at Strand Bookstore), hiking upstate, or trying a new restaurant as she is a total foodie.
