Janice James Hunter is an enthusiastic real estate professional who loves collaborating with her clients. She successfully closed all types of sales and rentals, including multi-family, single family homes, commercial properties in Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. Raised in both Jamaica and Miami, Janice graduated from the University of Florida before moving to New York. She remains a loyal Florida fan (Go Gators!) and loves the NFL Giants team as well. After taking a hiatus from the real estate industry, she started a family and moved to Long Island. She raised her two kids, started an event planning company that specialized in weddings and other social events. She ultimately decided to get back to the profession she loves and has been happily selling homes ever since.
