David Chkheidze

David Chkheidze is a Founder & CEO of Yangzi International Realty LLC, New York based Commercial Real Estate Organization, where he focuses on Investment Sales , Residential Sales and Retail Leasing in the New York State and beyond. To date, Mr. Chkheidze has leased over 120,000 SF Retail Space in Manhattan, which includes over 50 Restaurants, also evaluated over 1250 buildings with an aggregate value of over $7.9 billion. Previously, he was Director of Sales at Cushman & Wakefield where he was focusing on Investment Sales and retail leasing in the Long Island City, Queens, N.Y. Earlier, David Chkheidze was Director of Retail Leasing and also spent time as Director of Retail Leasing & Development at Massey Knakal Realty Services. Previously, David was a Commercial Leasing agent at Manhattan Spaces focusing on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, Upper East Side and East Village. Earlier, he was a Apartment Rental Broker at Citi-Habitats and In Town Realty LLC.
