With over a decade of sales and marketing experiences, Yanan takes pride in the trust-based relationships she builds with her clients. Worked with some of the most influential teams and developers in New York City, Yanan focused on many off-market transactions for high-net worth clients, has served as property asset advisor to her clients coming from all over the world. She has transacted multi-million real estate including a $43M property sale at the billionaire row in Manhattan.

As an active technology entrepreneur, Yanan has been looking to modernize real estate and to improve client experience and sales productivity. She has co-founded CityFact Real Estate Research App with her team that provides comprehensive property analysis to bring better service and transparency to the NYC real estate industry. Her readiness, knowledge, and professional success has allowed her to deliver valuable resources and property asset suggestions to her clients.

Before real estate career, Yanan worked at Rolex and also at Rockefeller nonprofit organization. Her classic and client-focused working style has earned her great respect from clients and peers.

Born in Inner Mongolia and raised in Beijing, Yanan speaks fluent Mandarin and English. She graduated and obtained her MPA degree at Baruch College in Global Philanthropy and studied International Trade and Business. Her financial and public management background gives her a very sensitive eye in real estate asset evaluation and long-term planning.

Yanan currently lives with her husband and her daughter on the Upper East Side.
