Ed Berenhaus

A native New Yorker, Ed Berenhaus takes great pride in his in-depth knowledge of the city’s distinctive neighborhoods and can provide unique insights for his clients, whether they are buying or selling a home.

Prior to his career in real estate, Ed refined his marketing and negotiating skills as a marketing/advertising executive, creative director and writer/producer for major television and online media including NBC Universal, the Viacom/MTV Networks and AOL, as well as, TV icons, Oprah, Joan Rivers and Martha Stewart. He attributes his successful media career to paying detailed attention to his clients’ needs and translating these priorities into strategic and creative marketing with actionable results.

Working in NYC real estate, Ed employs these same disciplines to his home seller’s advantage by leveraging his extensive marketing experience to target and attract the right buyers. And by carefully listening closely and acting on his home buyer’s preferences, Ed curates a hand-picked selection of properties that would be a good fit for their lifestyle and budget.
