Matt Cardona

Matt Cardona was born and raised in New York. He is always super energetic and has a strong work ethic that was passed down from his parents. Matt is a Baruch College alumnus with a degree in Mathematics, which allows him to think creatively and find quick and efficient solutions. Post college, where he practiced risk management, Matt expanded his knowledge in the financial industry. Shortly thereafter, he realized it lacked human interaction and made the logical move to real estate.

His analyst background helps him navigate the fray and find the best apartments at the best price no matter the market. As Matt says, “My passion is helping people and I’ve channeled that passion through helping people find homes”. He loves learning more about his clients and their interests in real estate, whether it be renting, buying, selling, or investing. Matt can ably help make their dreams into reality.

Buying and selling your home can be stressful and Matt works hard to make it as seamless of an experience as possible, being with you every step of the way.

In his free time, Matt loves to play all sports, specifically soccer and basketball. When not playing, he is an avid Colombian national football (soccer) team and NY Knicks fan! Matt also enjoys traveling the world, and spending quality time with friends and family.
