Kait Saaf

Kait Saaf has spent 10+ years helping more than 150 owners of Brooklyn townhomes, co-ops, and condos to maximize the price point of their property sales by implementing visual strategies that combine fine arts aesthetics with real estate market trends.

Combining artistic goals with mechanical function came early to Kait. As a Studio Art major at Wheaton College, she was selected to help teach sculpture, woodworking, and welding to other students. After college, she spent 7 years art directing photography and cinematography projects for one of the leading visual artists in NYC.

A native of Brooklyn, Kait was born into the real estate business.  As a teenager, she decorated properties and sourced artistic objects for open houses across Brooklyn. Her family’s involvement in real estate goes back 4 generations to her great-grandfather—a real estate developer, her grandfather—a general contractor, and her grandmother—an interior designer. Kait’s mother, Cheryl Nielsen-Saaf, has spent 38 years as a Brooklyn real estate industry leader. Kait learned real estate at her knee and continues to benefit from her mentorship.

When she isn’t transforming Brooklyn spaces, Kait enjoys spending time with friends and family and traveling the world. In her late teens, Kait lived in Spain for many months and once called herself fluent in Spanish. Other favorite destinations include Denmark, Italy, Greece, and Scotland.
