His expertise also lies in generating leads, follow-up, viewing properties, dealing with owners, working with attorneys, title companies and home inspectors, and of course, providing excellent customer service. Plus he’s very technically adept and can effectively leverage technology tools to achieve the best results.

As a licensed real estate salesperson, Michael specializes in rentals and sales in NYC. Plus, real estate wholesaling directly to investors. He brings strong experience as a wholesaler who sourced distressed properties for active investors purchasing fix-n-flips or buy-and-hold properties anywhere north of the city in the Hudson Valley area, or in southern New Jersey and Philadelphia. Michael provides good, solid, honest advice and facts regarding a rental or home purchase. He wants each client to be well-informed and extremely happy with the property they choose.

Prior to the world of brokerage, Michael spent 13+ years working for a NYC-based entrepreneur who created The Learning Annex and The Real Estate Wealth Expo.

He served in various roles centered around client services and event management of a National Real Estate Expo that toured all the top markets in the U.S. and Canada.
