Ian Peters

Dynamic entrepreneur Ian Peters possesses a diverse and successful background encompassing Real Estate, Video Production and Wellness. He is known across his areas of expertise as an expert communicator who forms quick and genuine personal connections. Ian became a Licensed Real Estate Agent in April 2015. Real Estate seemed a natural fit for Ian’s well-honed marketing and entrepreneurial skills. His perfectionist work ethic and broad database of contacts ensures that his listings always receive maximum visibility, and that his buyers, sellers and renters have every possible option available to them. Ian always offers his keen attention to detail, dedicated follow-through, and friendly, positive approach to every client and each transaction. In 2014, Ian established Sports Wellness Summit (SWS), drawing on his own love of sports and athletics and his passion for guiding individuals to adopt a holistic approach to nutrition, training, and healing. SWS is a one-day summit where attendees can connect with and learn from health professionals in various arenas to gain an understanding of treating and optimizing the whole body. Since 2000, Ian has served as the Executive Producer and Owner of Dept. of Media, providing digital media solutions for sports, music, corporate, and independent clients. He focuses on delivering 360° services, encompassing everything from music videos and model casting to post-production, to significantly increase engagement. A few of his projects include a New Balance Minimus Shoe video campaign; a RV 101 educational series for Go RVing Canada, and an EPK for singer/songwriter Molly Johnson. Former clients and colleagues note Ian as being a charismatic, dedicated, and a creative leader who is talented in motivating and encouraging others, linking clients with industry leaders, and building strong relationships with his clients and team members. Ian attended Rutgers University and lives in Manhattan. In his free time he enjoys exercise and getting out on the ice to play hockey.
